Tips for the MS Excel document:
- Save or download a copy of the workbook first; otherwise, you'll be working with a read-only version without all of the functionality.
- As far as I know, the "Clear Forms" button macro will not work on mobile devices (phones or tablets), but it does work on regular devices (PC's or computers). It's not critical; it just wipes the slate clean for the next use.
You can always clear the fields manually, or create your own template and simply copy a new version each time.
