Change Summary:

  1. Bars special requirements are now valued at .5 (no longer .2)
  2. Black Shorts ARE NOT NOW ALLOWED. Apply the .2 deduction for "inappropriate attire". This rule was just changed to reflect USAG’s allowance of black shorts with the same criteria.
