Donna Robacker

Texas NAWGJ Green Flag Award Recipient

We are proud to recognize Donna Robacker as this year's recipient of the Texas Green Flag Award.

Donna has been a dedicated member of NAWGJ since 1981, marking 43 years of exceptional service. She currently serves as the Professionalism Coordinator on the Texas NAWGJ committee, where she is developing an innovative tracking system to identify professionalism trends.

Donna’s contributions to the gymnastics community are vast. She has mentored countless judges and coaches, supported NAWGJ events such as the National Judges' Cup and local Judges' Cup, and served as a speaker and clinician at National Judges' Symposium, Region 3 Congress, and High Performance Camp. Donna also created and presented the Level 9 Uneven Bar NAWGJ virtual lecture.

In her judging career, Donna has officiated at all levels of gymnastics, including regionals, Westerns, and Level 10 Nationals. She earned her elite judges rating in 1997, a testament to her expertise and dedication.

The Green Flag Award honors NAWGJ's "unsung heroes" who have made outstanding contributions, promoted professionalism, and demonstrated exemplary leadership. Recipients are recognized at the state, regional, and national levels.
