Judges' Mileage and CONUS Rates for 2026
Effective July 1, 2026, the IRS business standard mileage rate is 76 cents per mile (a 3.5 cent increase from the 72.5 cent rate in January 2026). Effective October 1, 2025-September 30, 2026, the CONUS lodging rate remains at $110 per night.

The rate for mileage reimbursement has increased to $.70 effective January 1, 2025; the CONUS lodging rate increased to $110 effective October 1, 2025.

The rate for mileage reimbursement has increased to $.67 effective January 1, 2024; the CONUS lodging rate increased to $107.
