NOTE: Do NOT type your information here:
- Save the form to your local device (PC, laptop, tablet, etc.)
- Hover over the bottom of the Judges' Cup entry form until the PDF icons appear. These icons differ depending on your Adobe Acrobat installation, the software that allows your browser to work with PDF files.
- Select the "Save" icon (it looks like a 3.5" disk) that is normally next to the "Print" / "Printer" icon
